Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation till 14 days before check-in is free of charge
- 14 days to 7 days before check-in, 25% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days, 50% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees before check-in.
- Changing the check-in date is 2 x free of charge within one year from the booking date. Changes must be made at least 3 days before the original check-in date in written form or by phone.
- In case of a "No-Show" without prior notice will incur 100% cancellation fees.
- In case of a cancellation by the diving center (for example, for bad weather reasons or other unpredictable events), the total amount will be refunded.
- Credit card fees, E-learning, certification fees, dive permissions are non-refundable.
2. Illness, Medical Issues & Refunds
- If a booked service (course, dive package, etc.) is abandoned or cannot be completed by the customer, there is no entitlement to a refund of payments already made.
- In case of illness or medical unfitness for diving refunds are only possible upon presentation of an official medical certificate. In this case, only the unused services will be refunded.
