Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation till 14 days before check-in is free of charge
14 days to 7 days before check-in, 25% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee
Less than 7 days, 50% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees before check-in.
Changing the check-in date is 2 x free of charge within one year from the booking date. Changes must be made at least 3 days before the original check-in date in written form or by phone.
In case of a "No-Show" without prior notice will incur 100% cancellation fees.
In case of a cancellation by the diving center (for example, for bad weather reasons or other unpredictable events), the total amount will be refunded.
Credit card fees, E-learning, certification fees, dive permissions are non-refundable.

2. Illness, Medical Issues & Refunds

If a booked service (course, dive package, etc.) is abandoned or cannot be completed by the customer, there is no entitlement to a refund of payments already made.
In case of illness or medical unfitness for diving refunds are only possible upon presentation of an official medical certificate. In this case, only the unused services will be refunded.
