Our flagship dive center in Madinat Makadi is the heart of our Red Sea operations. Located on the beachfront with direct access to the famous Makadi Bay house reef, this PADI 5-Star facility serves as our main training hub and equipment center, running up to 6 boat departures daily during peak season.

The Makadi Bay House Reef Experience

This is where the Makadi center stands apart. Our house reef can be accessed directly from shore — perfect for training, refreshers, and check-out dives. You'll find healthy hard corals, soft corals in abundance, schooling jacks, rays gliding across the sand, occasional turtles, and grouper territories. Visibility typically runs 15-25 meters. It's an ideal learning environment and a world-class dive in its own right.

Dive Sites from Makadi

Beyond the house reef, our speedboats reach iconic sites in 20-40 minutes: the wreck of the Carnatic at Abu Nuhas, shallow reefs at Giannis D, the drift dives of the Chrisoula K, Fanadir North and South (wall and coral garden dives), and deeper sites at Gubal Strait. Extended safari trips to the Thistlegorm wreck run daily.

Courses & Training

We run the complete PADI curriculum: Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, rescue training, and Divemaster certification. Specialty courses include Nitrox, Deep, Wreck, Navigation, and many others. Multilingual instruction available (English, German, French, Dutch, Italian).

Full Dive Flexibility (House Reef, Half-Day & Full-Day Boats)

This is our "all-in-one" centre. We offer the full range of diving excursions to suit every type of holiday.

House Reef Diving: Yes — direct access from our private jetty; dive at your own pace.
Half-Day Boats: Yes — morning trips (2 dives, from 9am) and afternoon trips (1 dive, from 2pm).
Full-Day Boats: Yes — full-day trips with 2–3 dives, lunch and drinks included.

DIVING BOATS

Half-day and full-day diving boats are very comfortable and well-equipped. We use:
Feluca boats for half-day and short distance trips starting at 9 am for two dives and at 2 pm for one dive. They offer sundeck, toilet, 1 engine 115 ps - 11 meter.
Daily boats for full-day and long distance trips with two or three dives. They offer sundeck, salon, toilets, open boat deck and diving platform. Enjoy a day at sea spoilt with drinks and lunch by our friendly crew.
