Scope and Registration

These terms and conditions apply to all contractual relationships between the user and Scuba World within the scope of the loyalty program. By participating, users have the opportunity to collect points by diving with Scuba World and subsequently enjoy exclusive benefits.

 

Eligibility for Participation

Participation is open to natural persons only. Each person may register only once and must use a valid email address. Businesses or other organizations are excluded from the loyalty program.

To take advantage of the loyalty program benefits, participants are required to download the corresponding mobile application and register. Each participant must create an individual user account to access the benefits.

 

Point Credit and Management

Points are credited based on the invoice amount paid in full at check-out. For every 1 EUR spent, participants receive 1 point. Points are automatically added to the participant’s personal account with each visit and each fully paid invoice at a Scuba World dive center.

Points can only be credited for the participant’s own invoice. An exception applies to children under 12 years old, whose invoices may be credited to a parent's account. Once payment has been made in full and check-out is completed, points are automatically credited.

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

Invoices from previous visits to Scuba World cannot be credited retroactively to the points system. Points collection begins from the time of registration.

 

 

 

 

 

Validity of Points

Points remain valid indefinitely from the date they are collected and credited to the participant’s account. Points do not expire.

 

Membership Levels and Benefits

By accumulating points, participants automatically unlock different membership levels, each offering exclusive benefits. Membership status is determined based on the total number of points earned.

Bronze Membership

• Granted automatically upon registration in the loyalty program.
• Benefits:           2% discount on all dives, dive packages, and diving courses.

Silver Membership

• All guests who have previously dived with Scuba World receive this status automatically.
• Benefits:           5% discount on all dives, dive packages, and diving courses.

Gold Membership

• Achieved upon reaching 3,000 points.
• Benefits:           7% discount on all dives, dive packages, and diving courses.

€50 voucher.

Platinum Membership

• Achieved upon reaching 5,000 points.
• Benefits:           9% discount on all dives, dive packages, and diving courses.

€100 voucher.

Diamond Membership

• Achieved upon reaching 8,000 points.
• Benefits:           12% discount on all dives, dive packages, and diving courses.

€150 voucher.

Membership levels are automatically adjusted based on the current points balance. Once a status is achieved, it remains valid.

 

 

 

Discounts and Special Offers

The discounts granted under the loyalty program apply exclusively to dives, dive packages, and diving courses. Combining discounts with other offers or promotions is not permitted.

Repeat guests (Repeaters) automatically receive a 5% discount as part of the Silver Membership Plan. Guests who are already registered in our system are automatically recognized as repeaters and benefit from this advantage.

No additional discounts can be applied beyond the 5% repeater discount.

 

Voucher Redemption

Received vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and may be used for partial payment of an invoice during a subsequent visit to a Scuba World dive center.

Vouchers cannot be applied to the invoice that was used to achieve the respective membership status in the loyalty program. Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the recipient.

 

Participation of Children

Children aged 12 and older must download the mobile application and register independently to participate in the loyalty program. Even if the parents cover the costs, the points will only be credited to the registered child’s account.

For children under 12 years old, points may be credited to a parent’s account.

 

Termination of the Loyalty Program

Scuba World reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time.

 

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Scuba World reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes in an appropriate manner, such as via email. If a participant rejects the updated terms or does not provide consent before the changes take effect, their account will be deleted immediately.
